Revolutionizing Museum Experience: The Museum of Russian Impressionism

Visuals' Innovative Interactive Area Transforms Traditional Museum Visit

Visuals, a renowned design team, has redefined the museum experience with their innovative design for the Museum of Russian Impressionism. Their unique approach, which combines technology and art, has earned them the prestigious Silver A' Interface, Interaction and User Experience Design Award in 2021.

The design concept was inspired by the idea of enhancing the museum experience through an interactive space. This space not only complements the museum's paintings but also expands the viewer's impression, using technology and an exceptional presentation of theoretical information. The interactive installations are designed to add value, helping visitors understand the world of painting, the artist's tools, the basics of color, and the difference between impressionist and academic styles.

Visuals' design stands out for its unique properties. The team designed and created a multimedia space for the museum, transforming installations into art objects using architectural shapes. The constructions, made of artificial stone, perfectly fit the museum space. The team's work involved coming up with the idea of an interactive space, designing installations, creating an architectural plan, developing technical solutions, and configuring and launching the interactive space.

The project, which started in March 2016 in Moscow, was completed in June 2016. The team behind this innovative design included SEOs Nikita Shevchenko and Mikhail Lykov, Producer Regina Porshneva, Technical director Mikhail Lykov, Architect Mikhail Osin, Lead designer Sergey Duzenko, Motion designer Alexey Churochkin, Programmers Maxim Fomin and Mikhail Grigoriev, Artist Marcel Khasanov, and Engineers Ivan Chumanov.

The Museum of Russian Impressionism's interactive area is a testament to Visuals' innovative approach to design. The design's unique properties and the team's dedication to creating an immersive museum experience have earned them the Silver A' Design Award. This prestigious award is given to top-of-the-line, creative, and professionally remarkable designs that demonstrate outstanding expertise and innovation. These designs, admired for their strong technical characteristics and splendid artistic skill, showcase a remarkable level of excellence and introduce positive feelings, amazement, and wonder.

In conclusion, Visuals' innovative design for the Museum of Russian Impressionism's interactive area has revolutionized the traditional museum visit. By combining technology and art, they have created an immersive experience that not only enhances the viewer's understanding of art but also adds value to their museum visit.
